To make sure that Indonesia gets a fair share of the (annual) 20 billion US Dollar global golf travel business, and to create in partnership "A Sustainable Golf Tourism Strategy", the INDONESIA GOLF CONSORTIUM (IGC) was founded in June 2010.

The IGC brings together some of the country's best golf facilities and Indonesia's top hotels & resorts who joined forces in a bid to foster a Sustainable Golf Tourism Strategy by which Indonesia Golf is marketed and promoted globally and in a professional and sustainable manner.

Next to global marketing & promotion of a highly attractive Indonesia Golf product, the IGC aims at creating high quality 'INDONESIA GOLF EXPERIENCE' wholesale and retail inbound golf travel packages, making use of only the IGC members/partners facilities.
